HOW TO MEASURE YOUR HIPS?
Find the widest point of your hips. Your hip measurement includes your butt and hips. You should measure your circumference at that point to get an accurate representation of the size of your lower body. How to clean period panties properly?
Rinse your period underwear in cold water immediately after use. Let the water run over the underwear for 2-3 minutes maximum to release any retained flow. When the water runs clear, you can stop. There is no need to soak your underwear, even on a heavy cycle.
